Key Box Support Service The purpose of this sole source requirement is to provide extended support warranty services for installed electronic Key Boxes located throughout the Defense Supply Center Richmond. Services will include the timely telephone support, e-mail technical support, software updates, and replacement parts (other than consumables) for up to thirty-nine (39) installed electronic Key Boxes or Security Asset Managers (SAM), located throughout the Defense Supply Center Richmond. Currently, there are thirty-three (33) SAM Key Boxes (see Attachment 1) already installed and the remaining six (6) are expected to be installed and placed in operation during the period of this contract.
