DSCR VISITOR CENTER: The purpose of this requirement is to procure staffing the DSCR Visitor Center (BLDG 210) which will enable the Security and Emergency Services (S&ES) office to maintain law and order and physical security through the proper issuance of visitor passes and various types of DoD identification cards. Details on the required support is outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a firm-fixed price award. Award will be for one 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. The estimated start date is 4/1/2023. The Contractors are to provide their best discounted firm-fixed pricing for the period of 60 months to equal a total price. While firm-fixed pricing is being used, the contractor will also provide a breakdown of the labor categories to be used for this effort. This is a Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled procurement in accordance with the regulatory authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.7. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611. The small business size standard is $21.5 Million Dollars. Proposed award will be made on a sole source to a Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled program with a firm-fixed price proposal that is meeting all the requirements stated in this RFP and is determined to be the best value to the government. A Subcontracting Plan is required. All inquiries must be submitted to the contract specialist five (5) working days prior to closing date.
