This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0052 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition is Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811118. The small business size standard is $8M. This is a firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is November 1, 2022. This requirement is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance services on the Government owned electric and gas-powered Low Speed Vehicle (LSV)’s located at DLA Aviation which resides on North Island NAS, San Diego California. Refer to attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. The North Island/San Diego LSV Listing is contained in Attachment 3 of the SOW. Award will be made on a sole source basis to HCML INC (UEI XKLSZ15EVDX7 / CAGE 7EM32) d/b/a The Battery Man and Repair. The Justification for other than full and open (J&A) is attached. However, any interested vendor may contact the Contract Specialist for any questions or additional information. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote. All inquiries must be submitted 5 working days prior to closing date.
