This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 100 days from the issuance of Award.
