This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Please refer to Solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0037 when responding to this requirement. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This is a firm-fixed price contract. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the proposal. This requirement is to obtain services for the operations and maintenance sustainment support of the application software, hardware, and cyber compliance support for the following DSCR ESS components: LENEL OnGuard, PELCO CCTV, and Key System Inc Global Facilities Management System (GFMS). ESS consists of several systems which may include ACS, IDS, internal and external CCTV systems, Video Surveillance System (VSS), Network Video Recording (NVR) devices, interior and exterior IDS, Data Transmission Media (DTM) systems (a means to communicate information internally and externally to DoD sites), intercom and/or provision of local or regional dispatch centers (also known as security command centers). Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement.
