Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Delivery of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) for twenty-two (22) 7.9 gallon cylinder propane tanks – Tinker Air Force Base This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-21-Q-0032 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is Unrestricted, Other than Full & Open Competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562211. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement is to provide services, labor, materials and equipment for the delivery of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) for twenty-two (22), 7.9 gallon cylinder propane tanks. The estimated quantity of fuel to be delivered during one contract year is 3000 gallons to DLA Aviation at OKC, Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB). The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are In Accordance With (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this SOW Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission.
