This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0028 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $8M. Department of Labor Wage Determination No.: 2015-4331 Revision 19 applies to this requirement. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement will provide tree maintenance services for the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located in Richmond, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the tree maintenance services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) which include: • Contractor shall remove 4 trees and remove 10 stumps located at DSCR. • Contractor shall trim trees back at parking lot 15E, the trees shall be trimmed back to 6ft from the back of the guardrail all the way up to the tallest branch. The contractor shall perform the contracted services to the standards identified in the SOW. Performance period due date will be Thirty (30) days from award start date. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the technical requirement stated in the SOW and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions included in this notice. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote. Site Visit Information A site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM at DCSR 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297.
