DSCR Tree Maintenance: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0015 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $8M. Department of Labor Wage Determination No.: 2015-4331 Revision 18 applies to this requirement. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement will provide tree maintenance services for the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located in Richmond, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the tree maintenance services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform the contracted services to the standards identified in the SOW. Performance period will be a 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the technical requirement stated in the SOW and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions included in this notice.
