The purpose of this procurement is to obtain services for laboratory analysis of Ozone Depleting Substance’s (ODS) including Halons, Chlorofluorocarbon’s (CFC’s) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) R-22 of samples provided by Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Cylinder Operations.The objective of this acquisition is to receive certificates of laboratory analysis on ODS products. The analysis must be performed by a contractor with a laboratory certified by the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).
