The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform Preventive (scheduled) and Remedial (unscheduled) maintenance services on Government owned equipment located at DLA Aviation Hill at Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The small business size standard is $8 Million. Contractor must be able to provide all services required in the SOW. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the SOW and the solicitation. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the initial offer. Partial Quotes will not be accepted. All pricing shall be commensurate with established labor hour rates as contained within SCA Wage Determination No.: 2015-5484 | Revision No.: 12 Date Of Last Revision: 7/1/2020. The Contractor shall respond to Emergency Service Requests within four (4) hours. All questions should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist by 1/18/2021. The DLA Contracting Services Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Materials Handling Equipment Preventive (Scheduled) and Remedial (Unscheduled) Maintenance at Hill Air Force Base, Ogden, UT. The expected period of performance for this procurement will be a base year of 12 months and two option periods of 12 months. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
