Automated Storage and Retrieval System : This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number SP4703-20-Q-0033 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The small business size standard is $8 million. Partial proposals will not be accepted. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Tinker and Warner Robins Base with a contract to provide preventive and remedial maintenance to their automated storage system. Requirement must be completed as stated in the Performance Work Statement; unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Performance period will be a 12-month base period plus two 12-month options period. Base performance period will be 03/10/2020-03/09/2021. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation.
