REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (Please read the attachments - RFQ & Statement of Work (SOW) Site Visit: Thursday, 8.20.20 - Please contact Troy Crawley / (804) 279-4795 - Troy.Crawley@dla.mil Fence Repair / Removal Services This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ (Solicitation number is SP4703-20-Q-0096 / Purchase Request 8230114) The requirement will provide fencing repairs and/or removal around Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform fencing repairs as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform the contracted services to the standards identified in the SOW. There will be a base year and four (4) one-year option periods (no partial quotes will be accepted) Contractor to provide equipment, tools, materials and labor to perform various fencing repairs at Defense Supply Center Richmond located at 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond Virginia. This resulting award will be firm, fixed- price. This acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The contractor MUST BE REGISTERED in the System for Award Management (SAM) PRIOR to award. If not already registered, go to SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
