This requirement will provide tree maintenance services for the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located in Richmond, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the tree maintenance services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform the contracted services to the standards identified in this SOW. See attached Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4703-20-Q-0025 along with the SOW.
