This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-21-Q-0011 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is “UNRESTRICTED” North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Contractor to provide equipment, tools, materials and labor to perform various fencing repairs at DSCR located at 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond Virginia. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for details. There is a Base Year and Four (4) option Years. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Purchase Description and the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered, go to SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
