The material is in support of the SLII Concepts – A Situational Approach to Leadership courses which utilize self-assessment instruments. These electronic materials are provided to each participant in the classes. They will receive electronic versions of The SL II Concepts workbook, copy of the Leadership Behavior Analysis II, Self and Scoring assessment.
