(18)Set-aside Status: Unrestricted General Information: Significantly, the acquisition evaluation criteria will - among other things - require offerors to be located within a 300 miles radius from Fort Belvoir, VA (22060) and be included on the Bloomberg’s 2021 - 2022 Top 60 Business universities and Colleges list. The solicitation will be published via https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration. The purpose of the Acquisition Workforce (AWF) Executive Management Training requirement is to to deliver a tailored, executive-level business training and education to participants. This training shall be comparable to a graduate-level coursework, having similar level of rigor and challenge. The coursework shall provide the participants an understanding of industry practices by leveraging academic expertise and experience in training and education. This coursework shall be designed to increase the knowledge and understanding of participants in the following topic areas: 1.Data Analysis – Leveraging Market & Business Intelligence. 2.Risk Assessment Tools & Techniques for Decision Making. 3.Problem solving Techniques. 4.Artificial Intelligence (AI) Application and Advancement 5.Cybersecurity Challenges, Lessons, and Best Practices 6.Forging Public-Private Relationship and Trust 7.Supply Chain Security, Disruption, Sustainment 8.Negotiation Tools & Techniques 9.Industry Innovations, Modernization, Transformation 10 Accounting & Financial Drivers in Industry and Government The government is anticipating award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ.The contract CLIN structure is anticipated to contain 3 reoccurring CLINs through the base year and all option years. A 'CLIN 0001' series for AWF Executive Management Course Instruction (an annual requirement of one (1) to three (3) training session of two (2) weeks in length), a 'CLIN 0002' series for AWF Management Training In-Residence Services, and a 'CLIN 0003' series for AWF Management Training Curriculum Updates. A fourth CLIN is expected in the base year related to initial course curriculum development costs. Period of Performance: Base year plus four (4) option years. Actual course dates shall be provided by the Government after contract award.
