The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Human Resource Advisory Services (base plus one option year) for the Defense Logistic Agency's Human Resources Human Capital Program Development (J12) office. These services will assist the office to develop, implement, and manage LOE 5 Future of Work and CC-A1 and A2 People and Culture and other DLA human capital programs/ initiatives and metrics in the most effective and cost-efficient manner; respond to new DLA human capital initiatives, regulations, and policies; and enhance current human resources practices to meet DLA’s mission and human capital strategic goals. In addition to direct advice, this requirement also includes: • Access to comprehensive research, best practices, reports, and analytics to address human capital trends, talent related questions, evolving HR technology and applications • Access to research webinars, online learning, tools, templates, diagnostics, networking with other HR managers See the attached solicitation with Performance Work Statement for more detailed information and description of the requirement.
