The Contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified. All maintenance of systems batteries, capacitors, and fans will comply with manufacturers maintenance procedures. In addition to compliance with these code requirements, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The Contractor shall be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to the UPS systems in the Public Safety Building 58 and the N. Yearling Main Gate Gatehouse Building 64. The systems vary in age and configurations. The contractor shall need to have the expertise to troubleshoot, repair, modify, upgrade, extend, program, and complete wire/cable repairs to maintain proper system operation. The contractor shall document any abnormality observed or detected, and report all defects found during the course of service to the Contracting Officer or their designee immediately.
