This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research to identify potential sources capable of providing an Enterprise approach to Fire Protection Control Systems (FPCS) for the Defense Logistics Agency. The work will be performed at DLA headquarters in Ft. Belvoir, VA, and four host locations in Richmond, VA; New Cumberland, PA; Columbus, OH; and Tracy, CA. The intent is to award a firm fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with multiple vendors potentially selected to support sustainment, maintenance, and new projects. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. Respondents must clearly delineate which requirements they can fulfill as a prime contractor, which require subcontracting, and which they cannot fulfill.
