This is a full and open competition for a base year plus one option year elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance contract at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and management for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as annual inspections. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring a detailed Management Plan and proof of at least five years of relevant experience. A site visit is scheduled for May 20, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by May 22, 2026.
