All vendors shall review the revised Bid Sheet and submit their pricing using this amendments Bid sheet for their final proposals. The solicitation due date is extended from June 4th, 2025 at 11:59 PM to June 11th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All other aspects of the original solicitation remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description: This requirement is to comply with the policies and laws to provide qualified American Sign Language (ASL), Pidgin Sign Language, Signed English, Close Vision/Tactile and/or Oral) interpreting services to D/HH employees in a variety of work-related settings. These settings include, but are not limited to, office and job-related issues such as: work group meetings; employee orientations; training; wellness program events; conferences and seminars; employee/manager meetings, to include those regarding performance and/or disciplinary actions; and other employment situations. General Information Period of Performance: The Period of performance will be a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. Option years will not be exercised at the time of the award and will be subject to the availability of funds and contractor’s performance. The Contracting Officers Representative (COR) will measure the contractor’s performance each year before exercising an option.
