The services of a court reporter capture and preserve a verbatim record of legal proceedings, ensuring the record is both accurate and court-admissible. The court reporter is an impartial third-party officiant who facilitates these proceedings. The scope of the contract is to obtain court reporting services for MSPB hearings, EEOC hearings, arbitrations and depositions in support of our clients for DLA Office of Counsel - Land and Maritime. All Questions shall be received by April 22nd, 2025 at 11:59pm. Al Quotes are required to be received by May 6th, 2025 at 11:59pm.
