The Contractor shall provide Warm Zone Operations for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care Training to be performed in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Installation. The course will demonstrate and exercise the fundamental response and medical platform required to perform life-saving interventions in the warm zone during active killer threat assessed Mass Casualty Incident/environments and response to violent incidents. The training is a two-day (16 total hours) program which will allow Fire and Emergency Services to meet the most updated National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 3000, Standard for an Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response Program; as well as any other standards as determined by the All-Hazards Response Planning team.
