This requirement is for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform calibration and PM service on the following; Digital Elmendorf Tearing Tester FX3750 (s/n 187.05.01), Digital Elmendorf Tearing Tester FX3750 (s/n 226.07.04), Air Permeability Tester FX3300-III (s/n 830.08.03), Automatic Hydrostatic Head Tester FX3000-3H (s/n 969.01.11), Nu-Martindale 864 abrasion and pilling tester (s/n 864/07/1363) as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All work is to be done at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, 700 Robins Street, Defense Logistics Agency, (DLA), Product test Center, TA Lab Building 5 Section D, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
