The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is planning to solicit for an Asset Visibility (AV) solution to replace the current FuelsManager® Defense IT infrastructure. This solution must provide end-to-end management of commodities stored by the US Military and DLA Energy. The solution must support all wholesale, retail, and aerospace facilities that process transactions from an initial data capture or manual posting to the financial system of record. The solution must provide accounting and tracking capabilities for all DoD and DLA Energy owned assets. The solution shall be deployed and supported in a Cloud hosted environment during Development, Stage, and Production (including continuity of operations plan). DLA is currently planning to use the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), or a similar document, for the upcoming solicitation. DLA is anticipating issuing a solicitation for FDS - AV and is seeking Industry input, to include all questions and concerns, about the attached PWS. Please provide all feedback to the listed contacts via email before the closing date of 5:00 PM EST on 07 June 2021.
