SP4702-21-R-0003 Original Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Human Resources Services, DLA Training, WorkforceDevelopment Division, Enterprise Leadership Team requires contractor support for the delivery of leadership coaching services for newly appointed DLA team leads, supervisors, and managers (supervisors of supervisors). These leadership coaching services are part of DLA’s Enterprise Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for Level 2 Team/Work Lead Certificate Program, Level 3 New Supervisor Certificate Program, and Level 4 Experienced Supervisor Development Program. As stated in this notice, this solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. The attachment beginning with "Tab 25a" is the RFP document, which contains the evaluation criteria, submission instructions, and applicable clauses. The attachment beginning with "Tab 25b" is the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement. The attachment beginning with "Tab 25c" is the Quality Assurance Surveillance Procedures (QASP) for this requirement.
