Amendment 0001 to this RFQ is attached below. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The attached request for quote (RFQ), SP4702-21-Q-0054, is for interim maintenance support of the AFHE systems worldwide while contract SP4702-21-D-0001 is in litigation. The Government reserves the right not to make an award as a result of this solicitation if litigation were to be resolved before this solicitation would be awarded. All Offerors will need to provide the Contracting Officer, Ms. Julie Miller, and the Contract Specialist, Mr. Trevor Webb, with an email stating they are an interested party and would like additional information regarding this requirement, to julie.miller@dla.mil and trevor.webb@dla.mil. In the email the following information is required: full company name, Cage Code, and Government contracts POC. Each Offeror will be verified through the System of Award Management (SAM) as an active contractor eligible to receive Government contracts along with verification that the company is not on the Excluded Parties Listing. After both items are verified and the company is determined to be in good standing, the PWS, the PWS enclosures, the Contract Data Requirements Listings (CDRLs), and the Pricing Matrix will be provided. Note: A quote must be received by 04 October 2021 at 1000 EDT for this RFQ. If your organizaition cannot provide a full quote by 04 October 2021 please do not request the additional information. This solicitation will utilize lowest price technically acceptable procedures. The evaluation factors include technical approach, maintenance program management approach/personnel qualifications, past performance, and price. The solicitation will open on 23 Sept 2021 and close on 04 Oct 2021. This will be an unrestricted procurement. The Government reserves the right to not award this solicitation, if the litigation is resolved before this solicitation would be awarded. The solicitation includes Sections L and M, which includes the requirements for the solicitation evaluation.
