This requirement is for the purchase of on-line credits for the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) Digital Learner Kits. The SDI is a tool which is widely used throughout DLA Training and is specifically used in the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) and the Understanding and Managing Conflict courses taught by DLA Training. These courses are part of DLA's Enterprise Leader Development Program (ELDP) Level 2 & 3 Programs. Personal Strengths Publishing, Inc. DBA PSP, Inc. (CAGE 6SMU5) owns the copyright to the desired materials, the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and the associated facilitator certification. Based on the fact that the SDI program is copyrighted to the previously mentioned vendor, this requirement is being processed using sole-source procedures. The period of performance for this project is 365 days from the date of the award. There are to be two (2) option periods of 365 days each. Quotes will be submitted no later than July 23, 2021 by 0900 EDT. Quotes will not be accepted after that date and time. This request for quote is open to all sizes of vendors.
