If your corporation posed a question that was not answered in this amendment please be advised that it will be answered in amendment 0003 which will be released at a later date. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 to SP4702-20-R-0032 is attached below. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The attached Request for Proposal (RFP), SP4702-20-R-0032 and its associated attachments, is for the Automated Tank Gauging (ATG) / Independent Alarm System (IAS) / Overfill Protection Equipment (OPE) Maintenance in the Continental United States (CONUS) and the Caribbean requirement that was previously synopsized on this site on 03 September 2020 through 18 September 2020. This acquisition is for services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of the installed ATG/IAS/OPE equipment located at multiple places of performance throughout the CONUS and Caribbean. This will include providing all personnel, equipment, materials, maintenance program management, and services to perform the maintenance for the ATG/IAS/OPE systems and implementing equipment installation at these sites as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates award of a five (5) year Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract that will consist of Transition In, Maintenance Program Management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support Projects, and Transition Out contract line items as a result of this solicitation. All Offerors will need to provide the Contracting Officer, Ms. Julie Miller, and the Contract Specialist, Mr. Trevor Webb, with an email stating they are an interested party and would like additional information regarding this requirement, to julie.miller@dla.mil and trevor.webb@dla.mil. In the email the following information is required: full company name, Cage Code, and Government contracts POC. Each Offeror will be verified through the System of Award Management (SAM) as an active contractor eligible to receive Government contracts along with verification that the company is not on the Excluded Parties Listing. After both items are verified and the company is determined to be in good standing, the PWS, the PWS attachments, the Contract Data Requirements Listings (CDRLs), the Past Performance Questionnaire, and the ATG CONUS Pricing Matrix will be provided. A virtual pre-proposal conference is planned for all interested, viable Offerors that plan to submit a proposal in response to this RFP, on 28 October 2020 at 1400 (EST). This upcoming acquisition is for services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of numerous automated tank gauging (ATG), independent alarm system (IAS), and overfill protection equipment (OPE) systems located throughout the continental United Stated (CONUS) and the Caribbean. This will include providing all personnel, equipment, materials, maintenance Program Management, and services required to perform the maintenance and sustainment of the ATG/IAS/OPE systems. The goal of the ATG/IAS/OPE program is to provide standardized maintenance to ATG/IAS/OPE systems at more than 300 DoD fuel facilities within the CONUS and the Caribbean to improve system reliability and maintainability, to reduce long-term maintenance costs, and improve performance and safety. The ATG/IAS/OPE systems improve inventory accountability, improve monitoring and control, and prevent fuel spills during fuel receipt and issue operations. This effort consists of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support, Support Documentation, and Equipment and Material Support. All services including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, test equipment, transportation, and travel for maintaining and repairing equipment associated with the ATG/IAS/OPE systems are encompassed under this effort; to include all services in support of design, procurement, installation, testing, subsystem/system implementation, system interfaces, training, documentation generation, integration and system troubleshooting of installations/modifications to the ATG/IAS/OPE systems. This effort will require the Contractor to have the capability to respond to multiple requests simultaneously and to work at multiple locations throughout the CONUS and the Caribbean. The Government is anticipating award of a five (5) year Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract that will consist of Transition In, Maintenance Program Management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Site Support Projects, and Transition Out contract line items (CLINs).
