Material Code: U009 V00007574 NAICS: 611430 DODACC: SC0922 Business Size Standard: $12,000,000.00 Period of Performance: One 12 month base period with four 12 month option years Description: Enterprise Training Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Customer: DLA Training This requirement is to purchase training to support enterprise wide initiatives, customer driven requirements, and developmental program requirements. The training is competency based and is technical or business in nature in support of the Pacer, Mid-level Development Program, Leadership Development Program, and Enterprise Wide Individual Development Plans (IDP) for all DLA agency requirements. This requirement is deemed commercial based on the history of prior agency training requirements not able to be supported internally by DLA Training and the fact that the training is readily available in the commercial market. This procurement is a small business set-aside. This procurement is being evaluated on a best value basis. See attachments for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), a complete listing of classes, evaluation criteria, pricing instructions, and proposal submission instructions. This is to allow for adequate time to answer questions and post the Q&A to Beta.SAM for prospective vendors to review and respond to the RFP.
