Responses must be received by August 25th, 2020 at 1:00pm EST. The scope of work includes: Demo the existing playground surface. Adding pour-in-place surfacing as needed. Add a new surface of PIP to replace the damaged surface. Keep the existing play equipment safe with no damage. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material, supplies, equipment, tools, delivery, disposal and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with this project complete, in strict accordance with these specifications and Contract Drawing No. 3-1698 subject to the terms and provisions of this contract. This section of the specifications is applicable to all other sections herein. The contract drawings indicate the extent and general arrangement of the existing facilities, new work, materials and equipment installations and are provided for reference only, the Contractor shall field verify all existing conditions. If any departures from the contract drawings, other than minor adjustments, are deemed necessary by the Contractor, details of such departures and the reasons therefore shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer or their authorized representatives as soon as practicable for approval. No such departures shall be made without the written approval of the Contracting Officer.
