The requirement is for three separate classes that are to be given within 365 days from the date of the award at the following locations: DLA Energy Headquarters, 8725 John J Kingman Drive, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 DLA Energy Americas East, 2320 LaBranch St. Suite 1105, Houston, TX 77004 DLA Energy Europe & Africa, Energy Europe & Africa, Mannheimerstrasse, Kleber Kaserne Building 3227, 67657 Kaiserslautern, Germany NOTE - due to the highly specialized nature of this training, it has been determined that it is a sole-source requirement and ONLY the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) will be capable of providing the required training.
