The Logistics Technology Research (LTR) Program seeks to develop and demonstrate new capabilities and improved processes for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) through emergent technologies and innovative business practices. Its mission is to conduct R&D projects that improve the delivery of parts and services, often focusing on weapon system parts management. The program addresses problems faced by specific DLA Major Subordinate Commands and Headquarters Process Owners. Offerors are encouraged to propose innovative solutions within this scope.
