DCSO-Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to create a small purchase purchase order for Configsnapshot SW to be used in support of the DLA. The authority for this sole source action is 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Subject requirement will consist of a 12 month period of performance and will allow for up to four (12) month option periods. The Bill of Materials is as follows: One SW license each for Configsnapshot Database Administrator, Configsnapshot Payroll and COnfigsnapshot metric review. These licenses will be used to support DLA E Business applications. Vendors may express there capabilities to satisfy the instant requirement, however, this will not make any impact on the instant acquisiton effort. The Proposed Period of Performacne for this small purchase requirement will be 2 August 2023.
