Pursuant to the authority found under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and no other suppies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Defense Contract Services Office (DCSO)- Philadelphia intends to issue a sole source Purchase Order to EDIFECS of Belllevue, WA for the continued maintenance support of 3 Edifecs specbuilder Standard Edition licenses for a 12 month period starting 1 September 2021 - 31 August 2022. This purchase order will allow for up to two option periods. Note: All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The decesion to issue a competitive solicitation resulting from the information received by the Government will rest solely with the Government. .
