The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Directorate- Readiness Division has a need to renew the existing IQVIA Government Solutions Inc. license agreement that provides the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support - Wholesale (DMLSS-W) program with Pharmaceutical and Medical Surgical visibility and insight into what medical materiel is being sold in the commercial side of the medical healthcare industry as well as to gather all pharmaceutical and medical/surgical commercial sales data available. The specific material need is to collect rolling 24-month commercial sales data collected monthly and reported quarterly, both at the retail and wholesale levels, for both pharmaceutical and medical/surgical products, along with product synonym files and packaging information. Must correlate with medical classification process used by Universal Data Repository (UDR), DoD/VA Medical Catalog, formerly Medical Electronic Customer Assistance (MECA), Medical Master Catalog (MMC), and Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support Retail (DMLSS-R) systems.
