The requirements of this procurement action is to lease outbound postal equipment for DLA Installation Management Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA, obtain all equipment maintenance and mail meter rentals required for the existing Pitney Bowes equipment used for the accountability of all inbound mail and small packages and/or the processing of all outbound mail and small package shipments for DLA Installation Management Battle Creek in Battle Creek, MI, DLA Installation Management Columbus in Columbus, OH, DLA Installation Management Richmond in Richmond, VA, DLA Installation Management San Joaquin in Tracy, CA, and DLA Installation Management Susquehanna in New Cumberland, PA. The contract shall cover all maintenance on all hardware equipment to meet this requirement and secure hosting services that meet federal security requirements as outlined in this statement of work, as well as a line item for procuring supplies on an open market basis. Reducing carrier charges and overhead costs are a key component of this procurement.
