This J&A authorizes a 4-month task order extension via clause FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services for the continued procurement of reverse auction pricing tool services. These services are currently provided under contract SP4701-18-C-0019 which was awarded to Vista Auctions LLC DBA Procurex (listed going forward as Procurex). The current contract was awarded on March 5, 2018. We are in the second option period of performance which ends on March 4, 2021. The continuation and extension of services is necessary due to unexpected delays in the award of the follow-on competitive acquisition.
