The DLA Information Operations (J6) J62 IT Hardware Division intends to purchase Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) network switches, Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley control platforms, and Datalogic industrial scanners to support the Material Flow System (MFS) deployment at Red River, Texarkana, Texas. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order, or by October 5, 2026, which is the planned MFS pilot go-live date. A revised justification and bill of materials have been attached due to a part number change to accommodate lead time requirements.
