Defense Logistics Agency, Program Executive Office (J62LD), Engineering Systems Division, Section 508 Compliance Program Management Office (PMO) has a requirement to procure annual maintenance for Axe Monitor Tool which requires an annual maintenance agreement for technical and maintenance support, updates, patches, upgrades, and licenses for use of this product. This is a sole source acquisition to Deque Systems Inc. (CAGE Code:1WFT4). This requirement will be solicited directly to Deque Systems, Inc. and J&A will be provided. The Axe Monitor Support for Section 508 Compliance PMO will be solicited as a sole source to Deque Systems Inc. as no other vendor can provide the service due to specific DoD requirement that will need to utilize Deque System's Axe Monitor Software which is proprietary to Deque System only.
