All changes are highlighted in the Amended CSO solicitation. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a commercial solutions opening (CSO) authorized by 10 U.S.C. § 3458 and Department of Defense Class Deviation 2022?O0007 (https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/policy/policyvault/USA000138?22?DPC.pdf) to the challenge described in paragraph B of the CSO Solicitation Attachment. Interested parties may submit proposals in accordance with paragraph C. Paragraph D describes how DLA will evaluate and potentially award one or more contracts. In accordance with the class deviation, any contract awarded may be under FAR Part 12 or an other agreement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. § 4022.
