PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES (PAS) to assist with performing of daily living that an employee would typically perform him- or herself if he or she did not have a disability while the employee is away from the normal duty location on official government travel. The employee’s official duty location is at Yokosuka, Japan, and requires PAS to travel to and from his official duty location and U.S.-based locations, transport to and from airports and traversing on public transportations and perform other daily living activities to assist the employee to execute official portions of his duties (see below for list of possible assistance needed).
