This is a five-year Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for research and development to modernize the Defense Logistics Agency's acquisition and supply chain processes through IT solutions. The BAA has an initial 180-day response period for full proposals to compete for a limited number of Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, after which it will temporarily close for evaluation. After this initial round, the BAA will re-open to accept White Papers from vendors for future project consideration. The work focuses on supporting the agency's strategic lines of effort, with a primary emphasis on modernizing acquisition and supply chain management. The Government intends to award cost-type contracts, including IDIQs and definitive contracts.
