The services required under the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Medical Freight Transportation requirement include the includes the movement of Ambient (general medical cargo) and HAZMAT shipments for customers located Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as several U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam. All freight types are for shipments over 300 lbs. The solicitation closing date has been extended until Monday, November 14, 2022 at 4 PM EST. Amendent 01 has been posted to the attachements. NOTE: In addition, a CRAF Certified Carrier may submit a proposal in partnership with a designated agent. Designated agent partnerships are fine. The quality of those partners is largely dependent on their actual transportation infrastructure and we believe that we have sufficient evidence based questions in our expeditious routing attachment to discern quality partners.
