This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All applicable terms and conditions of this DLA RFQ SP4701-21-Q-0134 applies. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334118 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. This is a firm-fixed price contract. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the proposal. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that meets the requirements stated in the Purchase Description in the solicitation. The Contractor shall ensure a complete understanding of the requirements set forth in the attachment(s). The purpose of this contract is to procure: This requirement is to acquire Liebert Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) hardware, maintenance, installation and disposition of the old UPS services in support of the DLA TFS in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Please see the attached Bill of Materials (BoM UPS) and Statement of Work (SOW UPS Germany) for further details. This requirement restricted to Liebert brand name equipment and authorized reseller/service provider. DLA’s procurement of brand name Liebert UPS is required because the entire enterprise-wide architecture currently employs a Liebert SiteScan monitoring system which only works to its full potential with Liebert specific products. Liebert specific UPS systems will give the reports that show live site data; usage reports for power, frequency and capacity; degradation detection; ticket tracking system that collects data for down equipment In addition, only authorized resellers of Liebert products can provide the installation and maintenance services required because only authorized resellers have access to the proprietary information and maintenance/programming data necessary to implement and maintain this solution. NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR: Please disregard Place of Performance listed on the SAM.gov notice. Refer to SOW for equipment delivery and service location. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is the official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS.
