A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotes will not be requested. The sole source contract is under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). DLA Disposition Services has a requirement for a nation-wide toll monitoring and payment system. The required services will be provided by Bestpass Inc. as they are the only know provider of a nation-wide toll pass monitoring service for large vehicle fleets. DLA Disposition Services operates approximately 174 GSA leased vehicles in multiple states that have different state-run, regional, or private toll authorities. The service area covers 42 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The period of performance is expected to be a base year with four one-year options.
