This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service contract prepared in accordance with the format in Far Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is contract includes a one year base with four option year periods. This procurement is Full and Open competition with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811219.
