DLA Disposition Services_CONUS-Wide, Hawaii & Alaska - Drain & Purge (D&P) of Equipment
DLA Disposition Services requires drain-and-purge services for DoD equipment across CONUS, Hawaii, and Alaska, including removal of used oil, fuel, brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, antifreeze, lube oil, filters, spill debris, batteries, and refrigerants from vehicles, generators, shop equipment, and similar items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 562119, with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. The Government intends to award an IDIQ contract with fixed-price and time-and-materials pricing, structured as a 12-month base period plus two 12-month option periods, not exceeding three years total. Contractor performance must be safe and comply with applicable Federal, state, local, and installation requirements, with deliveries during normal installation work hours excluding Federal holidays. The contractor is responsible for required documentation, service-related requirements, and installation access, coordinating with the site POC as needed.
