This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The details of this procurement are located below and in the attached specifications. PORTABLE TRUCK SCALE This solicitation is for INTERCOMP AX900 Axle Scale System, or equivalent. Only quotations for new equipment will be considered. Request For Quotation (RFQ) package attached to this solicitation will be the only accepted response. All RFQ's will be submitted through FBO. Option: There is no option associated with this procurement. General: The weighing system shall be suitable for outdoor use, easy to use, maintain and repair. It shall be durable, reliable, and free of defects affecting performance, strength and safety. It shall be complete when installed, including all items needed to weigh vehicles. Wireless Scale: The machine shall meet the following minimum salient characteristics: Accuracy +/1% of Applied Weight Current/ Valid NTEP Approved- Scale to Class IV nMax 1200 divisions and Indicator to Class III Components: *One System 11'ft. (2-pair of 2 Channel) (4-5.5') platform/axle scales, with digital cable & wireless output. *CPU capable of communicating with scales in cabled and wireless modes with built-in printer & memory record storage *Digital Cabling with Quick Disconnect Connectors. The solicitation number for this requirement is SP4510-19-Q-1011 and will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS 333997, which has a size standard of 500. A. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial) applies to this procurement. B.
