Hazardous Waste Disposal Barstow China Lake
This requirement covers the removal, transportation, and disposal of RCRA hazardous wastes, non-RCRA wastes, state-regulated wastes, universal wastes, compressed gases, PCBs, and PFAS from military installations. Performance will occur in the Barstow/China Lake region or within a 50-mile radius of any pickup location listed in the attachment. The contract is anticipated to have a 30-month base period beginning February 2027 and a 30-month option period beginning August 2029. This is a full and open competition under NAICS 562211, with a small business size standard of $47M. The solicitation is issued as a commercial RFP with attachments providing the Performance Work Statement, price schedule, and pickup locations.
